Disagreement between two juveniles turns violent in Goshen

GOSHEN, Ind.—A 12-year-old boy from Goshen was arrested Saturday afternoon for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.

Police say they were dispatched to Ashton Pines Apartment Complex for a disturbance call involving multiple juveniles.

The 12-year-old boy allegedly chased a 14-year-old boy with a box cutter after he allegedly made fun of the 12-year-old.

As a result of the chase, the 14-year-old struck the 12-year-old.

The 12-year-old complained about being hurt but refused medical assistance on scene.

Both boys were released to their parents pending a court date.
