Back home in downtown South Bend, YMCA to open new location
MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Technology is taking over the Penn High School gym floor Saturday through Sunday, as more than 40 robots compete in a robotics competition by Indiana FIRST.
The opening ceremony starts at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, with the first matches starting at 11 a.m. and continuing through 7 p.m.
Each team had six weeks to design and build a four-foot tall, 120-pound robot to compete.
