DNA results possibly shed light on cold case in LaPorte

LAPORTE, Ind. -- Saturday our partners at Michiana News Channel reported that police are hoping DNA results shed new light on a cold case.
They say Juanity Boy of LaPorte was found dead in February of 1981.
Police say the single mother was found dead in a field. Her killer was never caught.
LaPorte County detectives say new technology will hopefully allow them to do the DNA tests that weren't available when she died.
