DNR checks for reported gator sightings in Indy

INDIANAPOLIS - DNR officers checked out reports of possible alligator sightings in Indianapolis.

So far, there has been no sign of the gator but the DNR officers got three reports of gator sightings at a pond.

Those calls started on June 7th. The most recent call was made Tuesday.

Though no sighting has been clear enough to confirm an alligator, officials are still taking each report with caution.
