Dowagiac recovering after snow storm

Residents were out and about in Downtown Dowagiac after an early November snow storm.
There was a lot of blowing snow and the wind chill was a big factor on Wednesday night.
There were large ice cycles hanging off homes after the slight warm up.
The whipping winds were blowing snow onto the roadways but it didn't keep people from visiting
