Downed power lines block State Road 15

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – Downed power lines caused State Road 15 north of Waterford Mills to be blocked Monday morning.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, the power lines were down near Kercher Road.
The blockage was reported at 8:50 a.m.
Officials have not said when the road will reopen.
