Downtown South Bend celebrates the Morris with ‘Community Cabaret’ First Fridays
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Looking for a way to spend your Friday night?
Downtown South Bend is celebrating the Morris Performing Arts Center’s 100 Anniversary with January’s First Fridays event, Community Cabaret.
From 5-9 p.m., community members are invited to briefly brave the cold and enjoy one of the many activities and business deals offered downtown.
Starting at 5 p.m., the Morris is hosting an open house night to officially kick off the year-long celebration honoring 100 years of the theater.
During the open house, residents will get a first look at new updates and join Chuck.studio on the Morris stage to record their favorite memories of the venue.
Other events are also happening at various restaurants and businesses around downtown.
