SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Downtown South Bend has announced their February themed First Friday as Fire & Ice, which will feature live ice carvings, fire dancers, fire pits, and a fireworks show.
The event will have live music, fiery and icy food and drink specials, and much more.
Free parking is offered in downtown South Bend nights and weekends.
