Downtown Warsaw parking changes go into effect in April

City of Warsaw

WARSAW, Ind. -- The City of Warsaw has recently placed new parking signs downtown as part of its new parking system designed to improve access and turnover for local businesses.

City officials say the first two hours of parking will remain free. If you stay three hours, it will cost $3 with each additional hour after costing $1 per hour.

You can pay through the Passport Parking app.

New parking enforcement will begin in April.

Officials say for a limited time, most violations will receive warnings instead of tickets as residents learn the new rules.
