How will this year’s county council elections play out?
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Dr. Mark Fox, the St. Joseph County Deputy Health Officer, spoke with ABC57 Wednesday about the decisions being made schools and universities to go virtual or allow in-person instruction.
Dr. Fox also discussed the reasoning as to why many schools and universities are taking different approaches for the upcoming semester.
