Driver arrested after being found slumped over in vehicle

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – A driver was arrested after police found him slumped over the wheel of a vehicle Monday afternoon, the Marshall County Police Department reported.

At 4:52 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to a medical call in the 2400 block of Michigan Road in Plymouth concerning a man slumped over the wheel of a vehicle unresponsive.

Through the investigation, Kegan Thomas was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated, deputies said. Thomas was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Thomas faces the following charges:

  • OVWI
  • Possession of tetrahydrocannabinol wax
  • Possession of paraphernalia
