Driver crashes into Cracker Barrel restaurant

ELKHART, Ind. -- ABC57 received a report around 2:30 p.m. on Friday that a car drove into the Cracker Barrel restaurant in Elkhart, Ind.
A Cracker Barrel employee just told us that a handicapped man was parking on the side of the building. He meant to hit the brakes, but accidentally hit the gas.
The car drove up onto the curb, ran over a handicapped parking sign, and struck the building, leaving a bit of damage to the exterior.
No one was injured, but a display case did get knocked over from the crash.
