ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to the intersection o0f S.R. 13 and C.R. 42 around 7:35 p.m. Monday for a two-vehicle crash.

The report states a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by a 25-year-old Nappanee woman, was traveling south on S.R. 13 into the intersection with C.R. 42.

At the same time, a 2019 Ford Escape, driven by 94-year-old Marlene Pratt of Middlebury, was traveling west on C.R. 42 and disregarded the stop sign.

Pratt's vehicle then collided with the Malibu's front passenger door.

Pratt had complaints of pain in the left side of her body from the shoulder to the knee.

Pratt was then taken to Goshen General Hospital.

The Malibu's driver was released at the scene and injuries were not life-threatening.
