Driver ejected after crash in Buchanan Township

BUCHANAN TOWNSHIP -- One man was hospitalized after he was ejected from his car after it slammed into a tree.
The crash happened at 11:45 p.m. Monday on Red Bud Trail in Buchanan Township. Police said the 23-year-old driver lost control while speeding.
Medics rushed him to the hospital. No word yet on his condition.
Police believe alcohol is not a factor in the crash.
