Driver passes out, crashes

SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A driver is in the hospital after he passed out behind the wheel of his car and crashed.
It all happened last night on Constantine Road in Saint Joseph County. Police said a 24-year-old male passed out while he was driving and collided with a tree. The vehicle had heavy damage, and the driver was transported to the hospital.
Alcohol does appear to be a factor in the crash.
