DTSB looking for something to occupy former College Football Hall of Fame

SOUTH BEND — Downtown South Bend is looking for someone or something to occupy the old College Football Hall of Fame building.
Those who are interested in using the building can visit CallForOffer.com to scope out the details.
While the real estate company handling the building says price is an important factor, preference will be given to those who are interested in using the building for something that will stimulate the local economy.
Those interested should apply by July 31.
