Eat free pancakes at IHOP and help Riley Hospital

Join IHOP on Tuesday, February 28, from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. for National Pancake Day and receive one complimentary short stack.

Two IHOP locations are participating in Michiana: the Elkhart location on Ferndale Road, and the Mishawaka location on North Main Street.

In return for the free flapjacks, IHOP asks customers to consider a donation for Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health.

The annual promotion is taking place at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide in support of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and other designated local charities. Riley Hospital is the only Children’s Miracle Network-affiliated hospital in Indiana.

IHOP raised nearly $14,000 for Riley Hospital and $2.5 million nationally last year from their National Pancake Day celebration. IHOP began its National Pancake Day in 2006. Since then IHOP has raised nearly $8 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and other local charities.

Customers may also purchase Miracle Balloons for a $1 or $5 donation throughout February. Guests who donate $5 will receive $5 off their next IHOP visit.
