Elementary student caught with marijuana on school property

An 11-year-old girl was caught with marijuana on school property Friday.
Michigan City Police arrested the girl at Marsh Elementary School.
She has since been suspended from school.
Police say the case is being investigated by the Street Crimes Unit.
