Elk moving on in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. -- Say goodbye to the elk, Monday crews in Elkhart started taking down “The Elk Art on Parade” statues.
The statues were decorated by local artists, and nearly 30 fiberglass elk popped up around the county this past summer.
If you would like to own one, the elk will be auctioned off Nov. 17 at The Lerner Theater.
All the money raised from the auction will go to Child and Parent Services.
