Elkhart-based Parent Coalition testifies in support of anti-bullying legislation

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind.- Members of the Elkhart Community Schools (ECS) Parent Coalition testified before state lawmakers Wednesday in support of a new anti-bullying bill, which passed the State House and now moves to the Senate.
The ECS Parent Coalition is asking for specific language in House Bill 14-83, prioritizing the safety of bullied children.
