Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo to host trunk or treat event October 31

Elkhart Chapter on Indiana Black Expo ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo is hosting a safe trunk or treat event on October 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Tolsen Center. The chapter president, Robert Taylor, says they wanted to provide a safe place for children to go on Halloween this year.
The event will include
- Trunk or Treating
- Costiuem Contest
- Free Hot Dogs and Popcorn
- Live Dj
Admission to the event is free, and all are welcome.
