Elkhart County deputies investigating abandoned dog near County Road 22, 26

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an abandoned dog found near County Road 22 and County Road 26 Wednesday morning.
According to deputies, a passerby found the dog around 3:30 a.m.
The dog has no identification chip or tags.
