Elkhart County experiencing Election Day phone issues

The Elkhart County Clerk's Office has confirmed the County's phone systems are not working properly.
The Clerk's Office does not believe there are any issues at the polling places and does not believe this will have any affect on the voting systems.
The Clerk's Office also says these problems have been going on since early Tuesday morning.
