Elkhart County fair kicks off Friday

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. — Preparations are in full swing getting everything ready for the Elkhart County fair. It opens Friday.
The grand stand lineup kicks off Friday night with Creedence Clearwater Revisited.
With new property purchased last year, the Elkhart County Fair is one of the largest fairs in the area.
Some fair highlights include a large antique tractor display, demolition derby, tractor pull, thousands of livestock and plenty of rides.
Tickets for kids ages 9 and under are free. Grandstand tickets are $6.
