A new Pathway to the Golden Dome
ELKHART, Ind — In 2020 the Elkhart County was forced to be cancelled due to the pandemic, but now, a Michiana favorite will be here in summer of 2021.
With covid cases on the rise and the county fair just three months away, Elkhart County is looking to keep things under control for a summer favorite. Only this time, there will be restrictions.
"As of right now we are looking towards having a limited attendance and that number will be based off what color we are. So that threat level and color-code that goes along with our county." said Elkhart County Fair General Manager, Miranda Muir.
This beloved county fair has been the summer joy to many in Michiana and they hope that the coronavirus curve starts the flatten a bit, so that it can be fully enjoyed.
With under three months remaining before county fair returns, there are more changes that can take place as covid cases continue to rise.
