GOSHEN, Ind.—Five decades behind bars.
That could be the fate for one Elkhart County man after a 2-day trial jury found 42-year-old, Hassan Al Jarah guilty of attempted murder. The charge stemmed from a shooting outside of a Meijer store in Goshen. It happened back in November of 2009.
Al Jarah started arguing with a man and then he shot the guy. The victim survived, but he's paralyzed.
Al Jarah will be sentenced on November 10th. He faces 20 to 50 years in prison.
