ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – As COVID-19 cases trend downward throughout the Michiana area, Elkhart County officially is in the yellow zone.
After being in one of the highest risk counties in the state, Dr. Bethany Wait, Elkhart County Health Officer, speaks on what this means for the county.
