Elkhart County Parks’ Dogapalooza set for May 14
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – Elkhart County Parks’ Dogapalooza event is set for May 14, bringing together man and man’s best friend for a day of play, tricks, and puppy treats.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ox Bow County Park, located at 23033 C.R. 45.
Dogs and their owners can enjoy a number of activities at the event, including doggy yoga, and off-leash play area, dog and people food, and a dog trick and costume contest.
The cost to attend is $5 per vehicle.
All dogs must be kept on a six-foot leash unless they’re in the designated leash-free area.
Owners can bring a donation of dog food or dog pet supplies for local rescues and be entered into a drawing to win a prize package.
The event will end with a dog parade around the park.
