Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office looking to identify person/vehicle in reference to theft/fraud

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person and/or vehicle in reference to a theft/fraud incident that happened on April 7.

Anyone with information on the person and/or vehicle seen in these photos is asked to please contact Det. Joshua Whitehead at [email protected] or call 574-891-2349.
