SJCPD exhumes body of 40-year-old cold case victim
WAKARUSA, Ind. – The Elkhart County Sherriff’s Office is asking for your help in identifying a suspect in connection to an unlawful residential entry that occurred on December 9 in Wakarusa.
The man in depicted footage obtained by the Sheriff’s Office shows a man with glasses holding a flashlight.
It is unclear if the man stole anything.
