On 10-10-2012 at approximately 3:00 AM, David Sutterby, 35, was observed in the area of CR 7 and
CR 6 not wearing his seat belt. David Sutterby was found to be in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop. He was cited and released at the scene.

On 10-10-2012 at approximately 9:31AM a single marijuana plant was found inside a residence,
located at 28201 Old US 33, Elkhart. The marijuana plant was gathered as evidence and charges
are pending against the 22 year old tenant at the residence.

incident at 62226 CR 15. James Wheat stated an 11 year old male student damaged a wood table at Bashor Alternative School at 8:30 am that morning.

On 10/11/2012 at 6:43am, Kim Tuhack, 55, 28080 Broad Av, reported she came inside her home to
find a burglar going through the home. The subject threatened the victim and she fled to contact the
police. The subject made forced entry to a side door of the home. It is unknown if anything is
missing from the residence at this time.

On 10/11/2012, at approximately 6:35am, Pamela Lentine, 66, 53446 CR 11, Elkhart, reported that
her mother Elizabeth Grise had passed away. Pamela Lentine advised that at approximately 5:45am
on 10/11/2012 she went in to check on her mother and she was not breathing. Elizabeth Grise was
pronounced dead at the scene.

On 10-11-12 around 8:30am a 12 year old male got into an argument with his mother, Debra
Senton, at 63211 CR 29. During the arguement the 12 year old male struck his mother and while
mom was trying to restrain her son and take him to the ground to wait the arrival of law enforcement;
mom received scratches to the back of her left hand that resulted in minor bleeding to the left hand.
This incident occurred in Elkhart County Indiana.

They were found to be in possession of marijuana and had been smoking marijuana in the vehicle. Leandre Willis was found to have a valid Elkhart County Sheriff's Department warrant. Both were incarcerated.
