Elkhart County Sheriff's Dept. responds to armed robbery

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department responded to an armed robbery early Saturday morning at a 7-11 gas station on County Road 6.
Police say the suspect, armed with a handgun, entered the store around 2:49 a.m. and allegedly stole cigarettes and lottery tickets.
He then left the store on foot.
