Elkhart County Sheriff's Office respond to single vehicle crash

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – This afternoon, the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle crash.
A 23-year-old Elkhart woman was traveling east on County Road 4, west of Lake Shore Drive, when she ran off the roadway.
Once the car was off the roadway, it collided with a stop sign.
The driver was transported to Elkhart General Hospital via ambulance due to chest pain complaints.
The lady was reported to have been wearing a seat belt.
