Road closures in Elkhart following heavy flooding

ELKHART, Ind. -- Flood waters continue to rise in Elkhart Tuesday afternoon following heavy rain in the area.
Baugo Creek waters are causing road closures along CR 28 and CR 3.
Residents are warned against traveling near flooded waters.
