Elkhart man charged with stealing siding off of house

ELKHART, Ind. -- An Elkhart man is accused of stealing siding off of a house.
Police arrested 35-year-old Artavius Ford at a home on West Franklin, Tuesday morning. Police say a neighbor called them about a suspicious person outside a of vacant home.
Officers told ABC57 when they arrive, they found Ford and a pile of siding.
