Elkhart man sentenced to 75 years for murder in South Bend

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - An Elkhart man was sentenced to 75 years for the death of a South Bend man in an alley off Michigan Street back in July 2022.

On Wednesday, a St. Joseph County judge sentenced 25-year-old Antonio White to 60 years for murder and 15 years for a firearm enhancement.

The sentence is in connection with the death of Jon Paul-James Senour, who was found dead from gunshot wounds in a vehicle in the 1900 block of South Michigan Street on July 13, 2022.

Witnesses and surveillance footage captured a green Chevy Tahoe turn into an alley behind Senour’s vehicle just before the shooting.

It was later determined White was driving the Tahoe and shot Senour in the alley, according to police reports.
