ELKHART, Ind. – Elkhart Mayor Tim Neese delivered his fourth State of the City address Tuesday evening.
The mayor's final State of the City address began at 6 p.m. at the Lerner Theatre on Main Street in Elkhart.
The mayor talked about key accomplishments and highlights from his years in office.
