Elkhart mother accuses son's teacher of child abuse

ELKHART, Ind. -- In Elkhart, a mother is accusing her 5-year-old's teacher of child abuse.
The mother says her son now has two bruises on his arms, after he was hit by a teacher, at Mary Fesser Elementary this past Tuesday.
No arrests have been made. Elkhart deputies are working with the Department Of Child Services in this investigation.
They say that at this point it is unclear exactly what happened, and are unsure about how the child ended up with his bruises.
