Elkhart Parks & Recreation opens registration for Frosty 5K/5M

ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Parks & Recreation Department announced that the 14th annual Frosty 5K/5M will be held at Studebaker Park on Feb. 11.
The race will begin at 10 a.m. and take runners through a scenic cross-country course that follows the River Greenway Trail along the Elkhart River.
Both courses are a mix of plowed trails and paved roads.
Early bird registration is now open, and costs $20 until Jan. 3. On Jan. 4, the price for registration goes up to $25.
Race shirts are in limited supply but are available for purchase at $12 per shirt.
