Elkhart Police asking for help identifying owner of vehicle

ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Police are asking for the public's help identifying the owner or the driver of a Ford F150 in a surveillance photo.
The incident under investigation happened Tuesday near Lusher and Prairie Street in Elkhart.
Police said the incident involves an altercation with a juvenile victim, but no injuries were reported.
