Elkhart Police identify man pulled from St. Joseph River

ELKHART, Ind. - Elkhart authorities have identified the man, whose body was pulled from the St. Joseph River on March 19, as Michael Bullington, a 41-year-old LaPorte resident.
A paddle-boarder found the man near Edgewater Park Boat Ramp across the river from McNaughton Park.
Police say the cause of death was determined to be drowning.
The Elkhart County Homicide Unit said the investigation is ongoing and that no further details would be released at this time.
