Elkhart Police investigating armed robbery on West Bristol Street

ELKHART, Ind.—Elkhart Police are investigating a reported armed robbery that happened on October 30.
Officers were sent to the 800 block of W. Bristol Street around 12:59 a.m. for reports of a robbery.
The victim told police that he was walking in the 1500 block of Locust Street when a white male approached him and took his bag.
According to the victim, the suspect had a firearm.
No other suspect information was released by police.
The case is under investigation by the Elkhart Police Department.
