Elkhart Police identify individual in fraud investigation

UPDATE: The person of interest has been identified and the Elkhart Police Department thanks the public for it's help.
ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual in connection with a fraud investigation.
The fraud took place in December 2023 at a local business, police said.
