Missing woman and her son have been found

UPDATE: Rachel and her son Charles have been found as of 9/20/18
ELKHART, Ind. – Elkhart Police are looking for a 37-year-old woman and her 2-year-old son. They were last seen on September 4th, according to officials.
Rachel Followell and her son, Charles, were last seen in a 2002 white Ford Windstar Van with an Indiana plate.
Rachel is a white female, 5’1”, and 181 lbs. She has blond hair and green eyes.
