Elkhart Police searching for 29-year-old last seen downtown

ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 29-year-old Marcell Spencer, who’s been missing from the downtown area since Sunday.
Police do not have a clothing description for Spencer.
