ELKHART, Ind -- Franchise restaurant opens in Elkhart during a pandemic and employee shortage.
Regardless of the employee struggles, I heart Mac &Cheese found a way to open their restaurant Bypass road with a full staff of twenty employees.
"We had a hard time but with family support we did find employees we need. So, as of today we are not hurting." said restaurant owner Nilesh Soni.
Nilesh's family children were born in Elkhart, making this new journey more appreciative for them entire family.
Now that the employees are in a rotation, Nilesh has incentives in place that seems to be better than other restaurants who are experiencing shortages.
That incentive includes 50% off to employees and 10% off to employee families.
