ELKHART, Ind, - Elkhart schools have announced that Elkhart High School, North Side Middle School, Pierre Moran Middle School and Westside Middle School will be operating on a one-hour delay on Mondays for teachers' professional development.
Dismissal times will not be delayed.
Buses will arrive an hour later on Monday compared to the remainder of the week.
This change also does not affect AM students at the Elkhart Career Center, which will operate as normal on Mondays.
The first day of school is Thursday, August 17.
