Elkhart to wrap up Labor Day celebration with fireworks display

ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart will wrap up its Labor Day celebration with a fireworks display.
The city will shoot off fireworks at Island Park.
In July, the city canceled its annual Fourth of July celebration because it was so dry.
The show will start at dusk.
