Elkhart's new conversation piece

ELKHART, Ind. -- Mayor Dick Moore and Congresswoman Jackie Walorski were just two guests at the Dedication of a Heart ceremony in Elkhart Wednesday.
This heart represents the leaders that have made an impact in the Elkhart community.
Carol Losbaugh purchased the heart and donated it to the city of Elkhart.
The heart sculpture will remain in the plaza in downtown Elkhart.
