The St. Joseph County Warrants team was dispatched to Praxis this morning after receiving a call that an employee with outstanding warrants was on site and working at the facility.

Officers arrested Kalesha Bell on warrants for Conversion and False Informing and booked her into the St Joseph County Jail.

Both of the charges were unrelated to her work at Praxis.

Praxis has been the subject of an investigation after two patients died from overdoses this month, and a third died from an apparent suicide. There have also been reports of other overdoses and problems there.
